The final approach is the slow part

The festival sits along Route 116 between Danielson Pike and Hartford Pike. Drivers arrive through the Route 6/I-295 interchange, Route 44, Route 102 or rural roads from Connecticut. Camera coverage is strongest upstream, not around the Village Green.

Do not stop where parking is prohibited. The organizer says permanent and temporary restrictions are enforced. Use a posted lot and respect traffic staff rather than circling the village.

The festival lists paid lots operated by local fire departments and churches, plus limited free accessible parking at three published locations. Availability and operating hours differ by day, especially around Sunday services.
